Raymond Garcia has been entertaining folks in the Houston area for over 57 years. Becoming blind at the age of 18, Mr. Garcia chose piano performance and piano tuning as a way of living. His résumé starts with the Tommy Flores Big Band in1951, and was a regular pianist at the infamous Shamrock and Rice Hotels.
The Rumba Ramón Duo consist of Piano and Saxophone and covers musical styles such as Latin, Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Boleros, Today and Classic Country and a little Rock-n-Roll! This Duo is perfect for your parent’s 50th or 60th wedding anniversary or birthday parties. You probably never heard of any of the songs on his song list, but rest assure, your parents have! They are the old Latin classics. Using today’s technology, the Duo will sound like a full band with Drums, Bass, Guitar, and Strings. Enjoy a classic night with old songs and today’s technology!
